Pengpai News: You have brought suggestions for promoting steel structure residential buildings during this year’s two sessions. Currently, steel structure buildings account for a relatively low proportion of the total building volume. What is the reason for this? What are the advantages of steel structure buildings compared to others?
Yuan Silang: The main reasons can be roughly summarized into four points:
Firstly, policy support needs to be further strengthened. The construction cost of steel structure residential buildings is relatively high, and the development goals and planning measures of steel structure residential buildings are not very clear for local governments. Yuan Silang: Efforts should be made to fill the gaps in the following aspects:

Pengpai News: How do you see the current development status and future of the real estate industry?
Yuan Silang: With the end of the epidemic and the return of people’s lives to normal, the current real estate market is gradually recovering, and the overall market trend is showing a trend of high-quality, stable, and healthy development.
